The three milestones, in plain language
ABDM compliance is commonly described in three milestones. M1 means your facility is registered in the Health Facility Registry (HFR) with a unique facility ID. M2 means your doctors and staff are registered in the Health Professional Registry (HPR). M3 is the big one — enabling actual Health Information Exchange (HIE), where patient records flow securely between providers with patient consent.

Why waiting is expensive
Every month of delay widens the gap between your hospital and ABDM-enabled competitors. Panels and insurers are beginning to filter empanelled providers by ABDM status, and patients with ABHA IDs increasingly expect their records to follow them.
