Q: Is the one-time setup fee really included?

Yes. Every plan includes onboarding, data migration, ABDM registry assistance and team training at no extra charge. You only pay the listed monthly (or annual) subscription plus applicable GST.

What exactly is ABDM, and why does my hospital need it?

ABDM (Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission) is the Government of India's national digital health framework. It connects hospitals, doctors and patients through unique health IDs (ABHA), registries (HFR/HPR) and secure health-data exchange. Being ABDM-compliant is increasingly required for government empanelment schemes, insurance tie-ups and future interoperability. HIMS ships with M1, M2 and M3 compliance built in — not bolted on.
