Started in an OPD queue
In 2019, our founders spent a morning in a busy Bengaluru hospital watching the front desk juggle three registers, two desktop apps and a WhatsApp group just to register patients. The doctors were brilliant. The systems were not.
What began as a queue-management tool grew into a full hospital information system as hospitals kept asking for more — billing, IPD, diagnostics, then ABDM compliance when the mission launched.
Today, HIMS is an ABDM M1/M2/M3-certified platform serving hospitals across India, backed by a team that believes technology in healthcare should be boringly reliable and quietly powerful.
